Do I receive confirmation of my booking?
Immediately after your booking request there will be a confirmation email for your request and all the details you need to know about the tour or service you requested, including pick-up and return times if a transfer is required. If you agree with everything, you will proceed to the payment required (depending on the tour or service requested) after payment you will receive the final confirmation voucher.
How many people can participate in an excursion with Rodos Apex?
We keep the sizes of our groups at low levels, so that you have the freedom to move fast. The small size of the group ensures that you will have a wonderful experience and you will not waste your time collecting and leaving plenty of people in many different hotels. You can expect up to 15 travelers on a trip, but the average is 8 for small group tours. If you choose a private tour, then it will be just you and your family and friends.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend your tour and need to cancel a tour reservation, let us know at least 24 hours before the start of your tour, in which case we will cancel your ticket. Rodos Apex reserves the right to change or cancel any tour due to adverse weather conditions or an insufficient number of passengers or, in the event of force majeure, 12 hours prior to departure time with notice to the Agent or Traveler.
Is There Time For Shopping On The Tours?
Shopping is an important part of travel and wherever possible, time for this activity is allowed within the framework of most of our excursions.
How can I find you at Rhodes International Airport?
After landing, just follow the EXIT signs and walk outside the main gate, where your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it. There may be many people waiting for their friends or relatives or even other transport companies. Therefore, do not move away from the main exit gate (inside the airport). Look carefully and you will see your driver holding the sigh with your name.
How can i find you at Rhodes Port?

How can I find you at our hotel?
Our driver will meet you in the hotel lobby, if he does not find you, your hotel concierge or receptionist will call you to your room and let you know that we will be out of the hotel in front of our vehicle and waiting for you . If they do not find you in your room, your hotel concierge or receptionist will be informed that we will be outside the hotel in front of our vehicle and will be waiting for you for the next fifteen minutes, we will try to contact you by phone. If we can not contact you, then the driver will have to leave and in this case your refund will not be possible. If I have left something in the vehicle how can i have it buck?
Please contact us on +306936757432 or +302241900200. We will then arrange to have it returned to you. A charge may apply.
Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?
Rodos Apex has special kids rates for all group tours, if you book a private tour then the charge depends on the vehicle and not on the number or age of the passengers. If you are booking a boat trip, then the price for the children depends on the boat regulations.
Can I have a receipt?
The Transport Voucher you received by email is your receipt, or you can have one upon service.
Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
Private Transfers are direct. Shared Transfers may be subject to brief stops to collect or drop-off other clients.
